Burnham Group Ltd start a franchise under the Burnham Group banner. The new franchise will have access via iTBISRecruit, to over 90,000 registered IT professional candidates and access to the companies that are registered in their particular area.

What is iTBISRecruit: It is an applicant, client and vacancy tracking software system that can be easily adapted to meet any recruiting needs. It covers the entire placement cycle from recording client, candidate and vacancy details, through to searching, matching, letter generation, submissions, placements, report beneration and follow up requirements.

Costs: The franchisee will be responsible for the day to day running of the new Burnham Group franchise company, with each franchisee continuing to populate the existing database. Burnham Group Limited will supply, install and fully support iTBISRecruit @ £200 per month per user fixed on a 3 year contract, renewable every 3 years.
