Enables you to customise your search criteria and highlight facility. From the search engine, candidates and possible candidates can automatically be selected for possible or definite job opportunities.

Fast Candidate, Client & Vacancy Creation
Client information is easily and speedily recorded and used for progressing assignments and marketing. Candidate information can be retrieved instantly enabling the user to identify suitability and availability. Easy to create vacancies against client data and you don’t have to re-enter vacancy details once they are already on the system against a particular client record.

Stores documents, Video clips, photographs, sounds and scanned documents, spreadsheet files can also be attached to a selected record for instant retrieval. Hand written registration forms, client profiles or advertising and any number of documents can be quickly scanned and stored and retrieved. This feature enables individual to manage day to day tasks, appointments, meetings through reminders, alarms and prompts via Microsoft Outlook. Individuals can access other colleagues calendars (if permission has been authorised) and schedule meetings, appointments and tasks.
