The iTBISTimeSheets e-Business software application, has the functionality so that time sheets can include user-defined fields for tracking projects, cost-center allocation, and if required expenses. Projects can also be allocated on a per-user or multi-user basis, if required.

Any selection of multiple time sheet designs can be used or a specific design can be generated for your own particular needs and requirements.

Features within the iTBISTimeSheets e-Business software are: Email reminders to staff, supervisors, and accounting. Time sheet archiving, search, and field validation. On-screen leave history. Customisable leave time calculations. User-defined leave accrual rates and annual carry-overs. Advanced

password access and security controls. Automated approval sign-offs with one or more approvers per time sheet.

Other features include advanced report generation tools including, using Crystal Reports, one of the worlds most renowned report generations tools, single-click data compilation of reports to spreadsheets or other report generation formats for single user, department or division based projects, Another is timesheet absentee reports and automated emails remind users to complete their time sheets on time.

iTBISTimeSheets also supports authorised submission and/or time sheet adjustments.

iTBISTimeSheets can also be designed to export or import to and from 3rd-party systems.

iTBISTimeSheets audit trail also ensures that changes to time sheets are tracked and time sheet adjustments are approved only after authorisation. Within iTBISTimeSheets there are also multi-tier security access levels for all user access, permitting, full, part or limited access to time sheets, specific fields, and reports.
